Ms. Devine completed her real estate studies at Kaplan University.  She has had her Texas Real Estate License since 2005 and in 2008 joined the Texas Star Realty (TSR) team.  She chose TSR because of their high ethical standards, friendly office atmosphere and dedication to their clients and professionalism.

Ms. Devine moved to Fayette County 19 years ago, from Houston, Texas, when she married her husband Bob. She was previously employed as the assistant to the president of an engineering design firm specializing in offshore production platforms. 

Since Ms. Devine’s move to Flatonia, Texas, she has managed her family’s ranching operation.  She has also been involved in advertising, sales, and marketing.

Ms. Devine, known to her friends as Mary Lou, is very active in her community.  She is a member of the Flatonia United Methodist Church.  She serves on the national board of the Fellowship of Christian Cowboys.  She is an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and serves on two of their committees; Breeders Greeters and Contestant Hospitality.  Mary Lou is involved in a ladies trail riding organization and past board member of the Ladies of Texas Tradition.  She is also a member and past board member of Amigas Para Ninos.  The Amigas organization is dedicated to helping with the education of children in need involved in agriculture. 

Mary Lou has many years of ranch and wildlife management experience and extensive knowledge of oil and gas minerals and royalties.  The fact that she has personally been involved in the remodeling and additions to several homes and cabins and is uniquely qualified to assist you in your real estate needs.
